about the tea
White Prakash is the superior quality white tea crafted with one leaf and bud. It's made from the baby plant in spring and with virtually no processing. It's low in caffeine and is considered the healthiest of all caffeinated teas. While slightly darker thane some white teas, it is incredibly flavourful. Awards: 2024 Great Taste, 1st prize at the 2023 & 2019 Toronto Tea Festival, 2nd place winner of the 2024 & 2020 Toronto Tea Festival, & 4th Prize at the AVPA in Paris, 3rd Prize at the Global tea Championships 2019.
Ingredients
Organic White Loose-Leaf tea.
Notes
Vanilla, spring blossoms and melted butter notes. Character: Blooming, Friendly, Elegant.
Brewing Instructions
Hot brew: One spoonful per cup, brew at 79-82℃ / 175-180°F for 4 minutes. Cold brew: 10-12g per litre. Store in the fridge for 3 hours. Serve cold. Froth if served as "White Champagne".
